The KTX Home Realtor Closing Gift Program gives Houston-area real estate professionals an easy way to treat their clients to $100 toward furniture they choose themselves. No guessing their style, and definitely no trying to squeeze a console into your car.
Participating realtors receive printed closing gift certificates, each with its own one-time-use code, so they’re ready whenever closing day comes.
Certificates are valid on regular-price furniture, must be used in a single purchase and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Wholesale Program

KTX Home works directly with a factory in Mexico through an exclusive relationship we’ve built over years. That relationship gives approved retailers access to the handcrafted solid wood designs and signature finishes that make KTX look like KTX.
You choose the pieces and finishes that make sense for your store and build a half-truck or full-truck order. We coordinate the process from start to finish.
Once approved, we’ll send you our retailer order workbook with wholesale pricing and everything you need to build your order.
