Cancellations and Exchanges:

  • For items purchased through our website or in store but not picked up immediately, you have a window of 24 hours from the time of purchase to initiate a cancelation or request an exchange.
  • Canceled items are subject to a processing fee of 20%.
  • There is no fee to exchange.
  • The item to be exchanged must be full retail price (no sale items).
  • Requested item must be of equal or greater value.
  • Kindly note that items falling under categories such as discounted, seasonal, clearance, as-is, and special order are not eligible for cancelation or exchange.
  • Given the unique nature of our handcrafted products, variations in coloring, antiquing, distressing, natural wood knots, and wood grain are to be expected. Please understand that these variations cannot be considered grounds for cancelation or exchange.

Returns:

  • We do not accept returns.  All sales are final.

Damages:

  • While damages during delivery are rare, they must be reported at the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon arrival.
  • All damage claims will be filed directly with the third-party delivery service.
  • Once an item leaves our possession, KTX Home is not responsible for any damages that occur during transit or delivery.
  • We are happy to assist with the claims process, when possible, but please understand that resolution will ultimately come from the delivery company.
  • Items personally collected by the customer from our store or warehouse cannot be claimed as damaged, and we kindly urge inspection before loading.
  • The cost of delivery/shipping is non-refundable in cases of damage claims.
  • Our handcrafted items exhibit unique characteristics in coloring, antiquing, distressing, natural wood knots, and wood grain. These natural variations are not grounds for damage claims.
  • Please note that damage resulting from neglect, abuse, misuse, or transportation by the customer will not be considered for claims.
