Well i found the cutest little store ever. Family own with gorgeous beautiful pieces. I usually shop around in many places until i find what i like. This store in particular has many many unique pieces and there prices for solid furniture are really unbeatable. Mr. Denis the owner, assisted me when i arrived and really he is a man of respect. would answer all my questions and will even tell me genuinely what he thought. Really felt him a genuine good person. Super easy process and got exactly what i have been looking for.

What an amazing place! It’s a cozy space, but full of high quality furnishings. It’s not packed solid so there’s lots of safe space to browse around. Since we live an hour away, their updated website (& social media pages) is a huge bonus! The piece that I picked out outline (the night before) was sitting at the front door as we entered the showroom! Very friendly folks/owners. I’m not much of a shopper (“kinda” frugal), but we’re going back for more next month! Thank you, KTX Home!

Customer service from Dennis was the best! He answered back quickly to all my questions and explained everything in detail! Furniture piece was shipped all the way to Abilene, Tx without even a scratch! Very happy with KTX and will definitely be shopping again in the future for all of our furniture needs!

I have been looking for an arched top hutch high and low for a while, and I came across KTX Home on Facebook marketplace. I unfortunately live 4 hours from Katy TX, I purchased a hutch online and planned on going to pick it up that weekend, but life happens and I was not able to make it. I reached out to their Facebook page, and Jannet was super fast in her responses and was so accommodating! She was able to get my shipment on the truck, and was delivered 3 days after I purchase! Let me also say, aside from incredible customer service, the quality is amazing for the price. The piece I purchased, is solid and heavy. Highly recommend them!

If you are in need of furniture, I highly recommend KTX Home out of Katy, TX. I ordered 2 sideboards on December 29th and they were delivered within a week to Arkansas. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced and the process of ordering and delivering was smooth and effortless.

I was looking for the perfect cabinet to store all my daughters trinkets and memories in after she suddenly died in a car wreck in November, not having much luck to finding what I was looking for, KTX Home came across my Facebook and I seen the most prettiest one on Christmas Day, so I messaged them for a shipping price and they got back to me very fast so I paid and they set up a date to be delivered! This place has some great pieces. I called to ask about a certain piece and the customer service was exceptional. I am not local, so I couldn’t see the piece in person and the store sent me tons of pictures with measurements and even got a shipping quote. I recommend this business for good customer service.
