Do you offer storage?

Yes, we do offer storage options with some limitations. While we cannot provide long-term storage, we can make arrangements for temporary storage on a case-by-case basis. If you require short-term storage for your items, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer cash discounts?

We do not offer cash discounts. Our prices remain consistent whether you choose to pay with cash, credit, or any other form of payment. Rest assured that you will receive the same pricing and excellent service regardless of your preferred payment method.

Do you negotiate pricing?

We are dedicated to offering our customers the best prices upfront. We do not engage in price inflation only to later discount items. Our pricing is based on fairness and transparency. We believe in providing competitive prices from the start, and any reductions or special promotions we offer are carefully considered to add extra value for our customers.

Do you offer price matching?

Our pricing is determined by the quality, uniqueness, and value of our items. We do not offer price matching as the items from other sources may differ in quality, color, or may even be entirely different products. Our commitment is to provide our customers with high-quality and carefully curated selections.

Do you offer discounts when buying multiple pieces?

Yes, we offer a 15% discount on regular-priced furniture items when buying 5 or more pieces.  Please note that even if chairs are sold individually, they will be counted as a set, not each.

Do you offer Military and 1st responder discount?

Yes, we are proud to offer a 10% discount on regular-priced furniture items for military personnel and first responders. To avail this discount, a valid ID is required. We appreciate the service and sacrifice of our military and first responders, and this discount is our way of expressing gratitude.

Do you hold items?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to hold items without payment. Due to high demand and limited inventory, we cannot reserve items without a completed purchase.

Do you offer customization services?

All our furniture items come from various manufacturers, we may be able to place special orders for certain items depending on the manufacturer's policies. However, please note that we are unable to accommodate custom measurements or colors. We encourage you to inquire about the specific item you are interested in, and our staff will provide you with more information regarding its availability and any customization options that may be available.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we do offer a layaway option. Our layaway program allows you to reserve items for a period of 30 days. To initiate the layaway, we require an upfront payment of half the total price of the items, along with the full tax amount. The remaining balance is due within 30 days. This provides you with the flexibility to secure your desired items while allowing time to complete the payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept various forms of payment, excluding personal checks. You can conveniently pay with cash, credit or debit cards.  In addition, Shop Pay, and PayPal are available through our website.
